Extruder screen, also called filter screen, extruder screen pack, filter screen mesh, is used to filter impurities when melting plastic products. To make sure filtration fineness, back-flushing technique is adopted while producing the wire mesh filter screen and at the same time, we can provide filter screen mesh with different layers. The filter screens with multiple layers are so solid that they can be used several times during filtering rubber and plastic products.

Compared with traditional filter screens, this type is specially designed for fully automatic and process-constant extrusion and filter machine, especially Gneuss extrusion and filter machines.
Three types of weaving method can be supplied for different filtration fineness:
ES-04: Plain weaved filter screens.
ES-05: Twill weaved extruder screen pack.
ES-06: Dutch weaved extruder screens.
